How much does FXCRM cost?
FXCRM Lite is $1,500 setup + $400/month (limited to 5,000 clients). FXCRM PRO is $3,500 setup + $499/month (unlimited clients). FXCRM ULTRA self-hosted starts from $15,000 setup with optional monthly fee and comes with 1 year complementary maintenance and support. Source code is available for an additional $30,000.
What is included in FXCRM Lite?
FXCRM Lite includes Trader's Room, IB Portal (up to 5 commission levels), Admin Back Office, Lead Management, KYC/AML, MT4/MT5 bridge and 250+ PSP integrations. It excludes the bonus and contest options, account manager and desk manager modules, and is capped at 5,000 clients.
What's the difference between Lite and PRO?
Lite has a 5,000 client limit, IB up to 5 levels, no bonus/contest features, and no account/desk manager features. PRO has unlimited clients, unlimited IB levels, full bonus and contest modules, account and desk manager features, mobile app, 2-3 extra dedicated design options, and is fully managed on our cloud.
Do you charge for integration of new payment processors (PSPs)?
No! We support over 250+ pre-integrated payments/PSPs, and we integrate any new PSP for our clients completely free of cost.
Can I get the FXCRM source code?
Yes. For an additional $30,000 you receive the complete source code. This gives you full control, no monthly maintenance fees, and unlimited ability to customize the CRM for your exact needs.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. Lite has a $1,500 setup fee. PRO has a $3,500 setup fee. ULTRA starts from $15,000 which includes full setup, deployment on your own server infrastructure, and 1 year complementary maintenance. MAM/PAMM has a $1,000 setup fee. Mobile App Branded has a $5,000 setup fee. Mobile App Co-branded and AroTrader have no setup fees.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Lite to PRO or ULTRA at any time. We handle the data migration and module configuration. Downgrades are also possible with appropriate notice.
Do you offer white label branding?
Yes. FXCRM PRO and ULTRA both support full white label branding — your logo, your domain, your colors. ULTRA also offers source code for complete rebranding.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank wire, credit card, and crypto payments. For ULTRA clients, we also offer flexible payment schedules.
